Find balance and stillness through movement, breath and awareness.

At HARI, energy means the vitality, focus and mind–body sensations we experience in practice. Through mindful movement, natural breathing and quiet pauses, we learn to listen to the body and honour how we feel today.
Everyone can participate in their own way. Movements can be adapted, practice can pause, and rest is part of the practice.
Let comfort and your body's feedback guide you, rather than the appearance of a pose.
Let natural, sustainable breathing support you in movement and stillness.
Start with short, regular practices and make room for a quiet moment each day.

Mind–Body Growth Guide · Over 20 Years of Yoga Practice & Teaching
Between work, family and other people's needs, we sometimes put ourselves last. I hope HARI offers you time for yourself: to set aside the pressure to perform and listen to your body, your breath and your own needs.
Over more than twenty years of practice and teaching, I have come to treasure small moments: shoulders softening, breath becoming easier, and the permission to pause. My guidance begins with these real experiences, helping you find your own way to practise.
Whether you are stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, seeking quiet in a busy life, or hoping to understand yourself more deeply, you are welcome just as you are. You do not need a flexible body or to become a better version of yourself first.
Kundalini foundations and themed practice explore movement, breath, sound and meditation. Light of Women workshops offer space for women's feelings and needs. One-to-one guidance follows your own rhythm and intentions.
For systematic study and an introduction to guiding others, explore HARI Energy Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training, moving from personal experience towards class understanding and teaching practice.
I have studied positive psychology at the University of North Carolina and attended further study at the Overseas Education College of Jiaotong University. I hold Hong Kong and national senior financial planning qualifications and continue to study Buddhist and Taoist traditions. These perspectives inform my understanding of choice, feeling and growth.
I also hold certificates in Life Leadership, LP coaching techniques and Level 1 Reiki. These studies remind me that everyone has their own experiences and answers, and meaningful support begins with listening.
In class, I draw on yoga, NLP and LP coaching, and positive psychology, with an emphasis on listening, questions and personal choice. Reiki study offers another perspective on stillness and mind–body experience. I bring these experiences into clear guidance that supports awareness in daily life.
Hari (Sanskrit: हरि) has several meanings. In Indian religious traditions it is often a name for Vishnu; Sanskrit dictionaries also include meanings associated with rays of light and the sun.
At HARI Energy Yoga, these images inspire our brand's intention: awareness, like light, helps us notice the body's sensations, our inner needs and our own choices.
Word source: Sanskrit dictionary entry for HariWe often make time for work, family and daily responsibilities while putting our feelings last. HARI offers space in that everyday life for a moment without rushing.
A mindful breath, a movement that respects the body, a quiet pause—practice gives us the chance to ask: How do I feel today? What do I really need? How would I like to care for myself?
For HARI, wisdom lives in everyday choices: knowing when to move forward, when to stop and when to be gentle with yourself. Energy can also mean feeling grounded in your own life.
